About Farzin Farshidi, D.D.S., M.D.
Dr. Farshidi is a Board Certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Dr. Farshidi is from South Orange County and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cell Biology from UCLA in 2007. Dr. Farshidi then earned his D.D.S. degree in 2011 from UCLA before moving to Hartford, CT for six years of residency training at the prestigious UCONN Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery program. At UCONN, in addition to Oral Surgery training, Dr. Farshidi did extensive training in General Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Anesthesia. In 2013, Dr. Farshidi received an M.D. from UCONN’s Medical School.
Dr. Farshidi is well trained in and enjoys performing a wide range of specialty cases including dental implants, wisdom teeth extractions, orthognathic procedures, general anesthesia/IV sedation, bone grafts, sinus augmentation, dental alveolar surgery, full arch reconstruction (all-on-four), and teeth-in-a-day.
Dr. Farshidi is also an active member of various professional associations including AAOMS and ADA. Dr. Farshidi currently lives in South Orange County with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, trying new restaurants, hiking, and playing tennis.
